From payment link to payout: this is exactly what happens — and what happens when things dó not go smoothly for once.

The payment link

The transaction is created

Seller or buyer creates the transaction on thesafeway.online: amount, short description, done. The buyer automatically receives a payment link — by email, WhatsApp or chat.

Money in the safe

The buyer pays via the link

The buyer opens the link and pays with two taps from their Base app. The money does nót go to the seller, but into the safe. Both parties see immediately: the money is locked in.

The delivery

The seller delivers

The seller sees the money demonstrably waiting and delivers the product or service with peace of mind.

The confirmation

Delivered? Confirm

→The buyer taps "received" — the safe pays out instantly. Done.
→Or the seller reports "delivered" — starting a clock of 5 days. If the buyer does not respond, the safe then pays out automatically. Silence means consent.
The arbiter

Only in case of discussion: the arbiter

If the buyer disputes the delivery within those 5 days, the safe freezes and the arbiter decides — a party buyer and seller chose together. Pay out to the seller, or back to the buyer. Every judgment is recorded with a timestamp.

The money can never get stuck anywhere: every situation — confirming, staying silent, disputing — has a fixed outcome.
